Subacute Care
Nursing Home Care		< BACK      

Subacute care assists those individuals that are rehabilitating and recovering following hospitalization from surgery, injury, or illness. Subacute care offers 24-hour Registered Nurse coverage and focuses on helping people of all ages recover quickly so they can return home safely and successfully.
