Home Health Care provides personal care and home management services under the supervision of registered nurses. Home Health Care offers quality services within the comfortable and familiar surroundings of home, with an emphasis on promoting independence and providing emotional support for the client and family.
Tailored to meet individual’s needs, the program's goals are to allow clients to remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible; to offer needed care following hospitalization, illness, or injury; and to delay or prevent premature nursing home placement.
